Billing is based on Active Contacts: people who engage with you through DMs, comments, or automations during the month.

Over your limit? You stay in control.

Your automations keep running without interruption. A small per-contact overage is added to that month's invoice for every additional Active Contact, so nothing pauses unexpectedly.

Active Contacts reset at the start of every month, on both monthly and annual plans. Overage charges are always billed monthly.

Upgrade your subscription before the month ends and any overage charges for that cycle are waived.
