simpliers ("Company", "we", "our"), commits to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal data. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This policy applies to all personal data obtained through simpliers website, mobile applications, social media automation tools, form services and other digital platforms.

Contact Information: Email address, phone number.

Payment & Billing Information: Card information (only through payment provider), billing information.

Content Data: Social media posts, comments, likes, DM contents (managed through Meta API).
Form Data: Name, email, phone, survey responses etc. collected by users through simpliers forms.
Cookie Data: Data collected through cookies and similar technologies regarding site usage.
2. For What Purposes Do We Process Data?
Social Media Automation: Performing operations such as posting, commenting, liking, sending DMs on Instagram on behalf of users through Meta's official APIs.
Service Provision: Account management, user experience improvement, integration provision.
Customer Communication: Responding to support requests, announcements and notifications.
Legal Obligations: Tax, billing and reporting to official authorities.
Development & Analysis: Improving our products, analyzing user behavior.
Security: Preventing spam, fake accounts, abuse and fraud.
Marketing (with permission): Email newsletters, promotional messages, targeted ads.
3. Meta API Usage
simpliers provides social media automation services only through Meta's official APIs.
User data is processed only upon user instruction.
Authorization tokens provided by Meta are stored securely and not shared with third parties.
All operations comply with Meta Platform Policies.
User data is never processed or sold without permission.
4. Data Sharing
Service Providers: Hosting, storage, analytics, email sending, payment processing.
Business Partners: Only with explicit consent.
Official Authorities: In accordance with legal obligations.
Corporate Transactions: In case of merger, acquisition or sale.
5. Data Retention Period
Giveaway Data: At least 15 days.
Form Responses: Until user deletes the form.
Meta API Permissions: Until user revokes access or deletes account.
Invoice and Payment Records: At least 10 years as required by tax legislation.
Cookie Data: Maximum 2 years.
6. International Data Transfer
Some service providers may be located abroad (e.g. Europe, USA).
Standard Contract Clauses are applied under GDPR.
Board-approved security measures are taken under KVKK.

8. Age Restriction
simpliers services cannot be used by persons under 13 years of age.
Users aged 13-18 can only use the service with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
If data belonging to a person under 13 is detected, it will be deleted immediately.
Parents can request deletion of their children's data by writing to [email protected].
Under KVKK, legal representative consent may be required for those under 18 in Turkey.
Under GDPR, the minimum age limit in EU countries is between 13-16 and simpliers complies with this.
9. Security Measures
Data received through Meta API is encrypted.
SSL/TLS security is implemented.
Regular security tests are conducted.
Only authorized personnel can access data.
10. Policy Changes
Privacy policy may be updated from time to time.
Significant changes will be announced via email or in-platform notification.
